Bob's Drum Commando.  OK, sorry it's not Ludwig but it is very cool and unusual.  The kit is actually a 'Moriss' with a 'Linko' snare. 

Sounds Japanese to me.

The camoflage was created by wrapping the drum in a camo cloth.  This way it can be removed without damaging the original finish.
