My name is David Arend from Atascadero, California
I've been playing drums since 1972. My first set of Ludwigs were a set of black Vistalites.
I currently use 8 different kits 4 of which are Ludwigs.  A 7 piece set of clear Vistalites, 5 piece 70's set of black oysters, 4 piece 60's set in WMP, and a 1965 silver sparkle cocktail drum.
I play in a classic rock band, a country band,  I've worked with Ralph Grasso from the Nelson Riddle orchestra, and various Broadway singers. I like to play a variety of styles and kits.
